The City of Brimbank has recently completed a project with ECA to apply the Insultec heat re-radiating membrane to their works operations centre in Keilor Park Victoria.

Insultec was applied to a total area of 1200 m2 to help reduce the level of heat within the building during the summer months. The area’s covered include maintenance rooms, work shop, garage and office space. The garage is responsible for the maintenance of council vehicles and traditionally an area where working temperatures can become extremely high. The application of Insultec has successfully reduced the area temperature by 16 degrees, effectively reducing cooling costs and providing a more comfortable working environment.
